Thank you for choosing IPTV CROATIA.
Because we provide digital IPTV services that are delivered instantly, our refund and return policy is different from physical product stores. Please read this page carefully before subscribing.


1. Digital Service Nature

IPTV CROATIA provides non-tangible, digital streaming services.
Once an IPTV subscription is activated and access is delivered, the service is considered fully consumed, even if the customer has not used it.

For this reason, refunds are generally not available after activation.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued ONLY in the following cases:

A. Activation Not Delivered

If you paid but did not receive your activation details (M3U, Xtream Codes, or app login), and our support is unable to deliver or resolve the issue, you may request a full refund.


B. Refunds Are NOT Provided For:

  • Wrong purchase or change of mind
  • Customer device incompatibility
  • Internet speed issues on the customer side
  • ISP blocking (we recommend a VPN when needed)
  • Customer inability to install apps
  • Temporary server interruptions
  • Channel/VOD unavailability (IPTV lists change frequently)
  • Not liking channel content or layout
  • Violating service terms
  • Attempting to use the subscription on multiple devices at once when the plan allows only one

Once activation details are sent, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.


3. Testing Before Buying

To avoid misunderstandings, IPTV CROATIA may provide a paid trial or demo upon request so customers can test compatibility, performance, and content before purchasing a full subscription.


4. Technical Support Before Refund Requests

Our support team is available 24/7 to help resolve:

  • Installation issues
  • Activation problems
  • Channel errors
  • Device compatibility questions
  • Player setup

We will first attempt to fix any technical issue before determining refund eligibility.


5. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make two identical payments, we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

Please contact us immediately with proof of payment.


6. No Return of Digital Products

Since IPTV subscriptions are digital items, they cannot be returned, reclaimed, or deactivated retroactively after they are delivered.

Access credentials belong to the customer once delivered.


7. Fraud & Abuse

IPTV CROATIA reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of service
  • Fraudulent chargeback attempts
  • Unauthorized sharing of subscription
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

Chargebacks filed without contacting support will result in permanent account suspension.


8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible), contact us through:

9. Policy Acceptance
